1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using LinkedIn Copilot ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
LinkedIn Copilot is an AI-powered tool that helps you create LinkedIn posts. It provides templates, brand voice customisation, and AI-generated content suggestions. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
- You may not use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or illegal content
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- You may not share your account credentials with others
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the Service is a suggestion. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content on LinkedIn or other platforms. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or performance of generated content.
6. Billing & Cancellation
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall LinkedIn Copilot be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
