1. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, and hashed password. When you use the service we also collect the content you create (drafts, brand voice settings) and basic usage metrics (timestamps, feature usage counts).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the LinkedIn Copilot service
- To process AI-generated content requests via our LLM providers
- To enforce usage limits and manage billing
- To improve the product and fix issues
3. Third-Party Services
We use OpenAI to generate content. Prompts sent to OpenAI include your brand voice settings and template instructions but never your password or payment details. We use Stripe for payment processing — we never store full card numbers on our servers.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support, and we will remove your data within 30 days.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sessions use HTTP-only, secure cookies. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is restricted to application servers only.
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data or request deletion by emailing [email protected].
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email.
